How can I contact you?

Due to the nature of our design business, we prefer to be contacted by email, but if you would like to call us, our details can be found below.

You can contact us by email and we will reply as soon as possible as set out in our terms and conditions.

You can also contact us by telephone – 07514437895 where there is a 24 hrs message service. Our office hours for phone calls are between 2pm-5pm.

If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message with your details such as email address or phone number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, as set out in our terms and conditions.

How can I place an order

Please look through our online shop categories, choose a card/s or gift/s and click ‘add to cart’. If you would prefer your card/s to be posted 1st class, rather than our free 2nd class post, please follow the link (at the end of your chosen card’s page or click the link in your shopping cart page, to add to add this option your cart. You will then be taken through the process of adding your details through a secure checkout.

Please add any extra personalised details you would like added to your order, in the extra information box at the checkout.

Payment is through PayPal. If you don’t have an account with them, you can still pay through this service. We have chosen them so that payments can be made securely for you.

 

How quickly can you process my order?

As all orders are made individually, you should receive your order within seven working days, after receiving an email from us, letting you know that your order has been dispatched.

Our free P&P includes 2nd class post.

Please allow up to 10 working days depending on the size of your card order, before making a query.

If you need something urgently please contact us before placing an order.

Please allow up to 15 working days for personalised tote bags and handbags.

All orders will be posted by second class post, unless you purchase the first class post option. We always get a certificate of posting, for orders of 4 cards or more, and for gifts.

Please make your order as soon as you can and contact us to check if we can deliver the card or gift in time especially throughout busy times such as Christmas.  

If there is a postal strike within the Royal Mail postal system or severe weather conditions please bear this in mind. Please look at our terms and conditions.

 

Last order dates for Christmas and other seasonal yearly celebrations

For Christmas cards last order date is 18th of December 2011.  

For handbags the last order date is the 1st December 2011.

If it is a large order please consider giving making your order as soon as possible. Please contact us before hand through the contact form or by email, if your order is large and near the last order date.

For orders not needed before Christmas, orders can still be placed at any time normal terms and conditions apply.

For Valentines Day last order date is 9th February 2012

For Mother’s Day last order date is 14th March 2012

For Easter last order date is 2nd April 2012

 

Can you personalise my chosen card/s?

Yes. The front of the card can be left blank or have a message included.

For single cards we have added some with wording and some without.

If you would like your message added to the front of the card please choose the personalised option and let us know the required added details, in the box provided at the checkout.

Please consider the length of message and style of card.

If you would like a message added on an insert (free), please let us know the required added details, in the box provided at the checkout.

If you don’t require a message on the inside of the card, the insert will be left blank for your own wording.

If there is an occasion that you would like a particular card for, please add your chosen card to your order, and let us know what wording you would like.

Customers have particularly enjoyed having the recipient’s name included within the message.

We can also provide you with a bespoke greeting card, made by your design specifications, the price from £3.30 reflects some of the extra design costs involved. If we need to purchase plants or flowers for a bespoke set of card designs, the price will include these extra costs. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

If you would like the message in a language other than English – please give me the message in English as well as the chosen language. Please consider the length of your message.

Many of our cards can also be altered to have no wording on the front of the card. Please contact us with your enquiry.

 

What is the quality of your cards?

Because the quality of the cards is very important to us, the greeting cards are printed with a few different materials.

The base of the card is on high quality super smooth silk 250gsm white card, with the design printed directly onto the card.

Some of our cards  (particularly the completely photographic images) will be printed onto professional photo paper, and then added to the front of the card. This also gives the card a great feel and look for many years which can also be framed as a keepsake.

Sometimes our cards are printed for us, by a reputable printer, for large orders.

The back of our cards includes our logo and website address.

 

What size are your cards?

  • Small Square notelet, flat size approx 10 x 20 cm
  • Medium Rectangular (A6) flat size approx 21 x 14.8.cm
  • Large Square flat size approx 13.5 x 27cm
  • Tall Rectangular (DL) flat size approx 21.0 x 19.8 cm
  • Extra Large rectangular (A5) flat size approx 21 x 29.7

There may be some variation. 

 

What size are your gifts

  • Tote bags – Make shopping brighter, greener and easier – with a natural canvas shopper bag. 38cm (W) 43cm (H) 10cm (Gusset) With long or short handles Note: Natural canvas bag is not bleached as kinder to the environment.
  • Cotton small gift bags – Size:- 21cm (w) x 26cm (h) with short handles.
  • Handbags – 25 x 25 x 6 cm Classic brown handbag, lined with adjustable straps. The flap of the bag has the printed image, which is removable.

 

What are your prices

Cards -

  • Medium Cards – from £2.30 -  each with free insert with your messsage (if required).
  • Large square cards – from £2.30 each with free insert with your message (if required).
  • Tall rectangular cards – from £2.30 each with free insert with your message (if required).
  • Extra large rectangular cards £3.60 with free insert with your message (if required).
  • Particular bespoke cards such as ‘special birthday age’ and some special name cards – from £2.40.
  • Special bespoke cards made to your specifications – we can also include your photo into the design – from £2.90.
  • Packs of cards are at varying prices depending on how many there are in each pack, and size of card chosen, prices starting at £8.50.

Gifts

  • Tote bags – £10.00 with a free key-ring chosen at random from our collection.
  • Cotton Gift Bag – £3.50.
  • Handbags – £25.00.
  • Art Prints – various prices based on print choice through redbubble and Photobox  

 

What are your postage rates?

  • P&P for single cards and greeting card pack orders are sent by free second class post, if the card is to be posted to an address in the UK, you can purchase first class if you prefer.
  • P&P is set at £1.70 for cards (per item) to be delivered to another county, if you  would like to purchase several cards please contacting us first so we can keep P&P rates as low as possible for you. ( We cannot make a change to the delivery charge, after your order has been made)
  • P&P for Tote bags is £3.00 (for delivery to an address in the UK)
  • P&P for the gift bags is £1.00 (for delivery to an address in the UK)
  • P&P for the handbags is £3.60 (for delivery to an address in the UK)
  • P&P for handbags is £5.60 to be delivered to a county other than the UK.

Post and Packaging for cards, includes second class post by Royal Mail, unless you purchase our first class option. Gifts are sent by first class post. We always get a certificate of posting for orders of 4 cards or more, and gift items. If the value of your order is over £41.00 we will send it by recorded delivery.  

 

How are the cards and gifts dispatched?

Cards with envelopes will be presented in a poly bag to protect them, and will be dispatched in an envelope or padded bag.

 

Cards sent directly to the intended recipient will not include a polybag. If you would prefer not to receive your card in a polybag, please add a note to your order. (in this case your card will be inside its envelope)

 

Gifts will be posted in a poly bag or a suitably sized padded bag or box, to protect the contents as much as possible.

 

We try to reuse packaging when we are able to, for environmental reasons.

 

We use second class post (unless you purchase our first class option for cards, and we always get a certificate of posting if you order 4 cards or more and for gifts.

 

Can I place an order outside of the UK?

Nita Joy Craft Design would be happy to post an order to wherever you live, or to another country for you.

 

Please contact us first regarding charges, please feel free to send us an email with your enquiry.

 

Delivery may take longer than the usual 15 working days. If you have a specific date that you wish your order to be delivered by, please contact us first to see if it is possible.

 

Information for international delivery

We have to add a handling fee to cover post and packing, which will be added to your order so please contact us before making an order.

 

If you wish to place a large order of greeting cards, please contact us first to arrange p&p costs.

 

We have set P&P rates of £1.70 for cards (per item) if you make an order before contacting us first.

 

We cannot make any changes to the delivery costs after you have made your order.

 

Handbags P&P rate is £5.60. Our art prints are also available for delivery world wide.

 

What will you do with my contact details?

Your personal details will only be used for the purpose of the ordering and delivery system. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We neither collect nor have access to any ‘sensitive personal data’ as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998.

It’s important that the information that you give to us is correct so that we can process your order efficiently. We will never sell your details to a third party.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

We apologise if this has happened. We take great care and attention to all of our orders.

 

All of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail, so once we have posted the item, it is in the hands of Royal Mail.

 

Please allow up to 10 working days for cards, and 15 working days for gifts, after you have heard that your order has been dispatched, for your order to be delivered.

 

We will try and help where we can, as our customers are important to us.

 

Please contact us to let us know that your order hasn’t arrived, and we will do our best to help you.

 

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Please refer to our terms and conditions Section 10.
